This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Funvent Studios DMCC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Funvent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of our mobile application(s) and related services (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, ACCESS, OR USE THE APP.
The App, including all content, features, source code, object code, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is owned by Funvent and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is licensed, not sold. Funvent retains all rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Funvent grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal or internal business purposes.
You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:
You may not assign, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from Funvent.
Funvent may provide updates, patches, or upgrades to the App. These updates are governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by separate terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without liability.
The App may integrate with third-party services. Funvent is not responsible for third-party services or their terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Funvent disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funvent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Funvent’s total liability for any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Funvent may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
